MASTICS FOR FILLING AND BONDING OF NATURAL STONES

To glue, to join and to repair are duties that marble workers perform daily. Bellinzoni adhesive products are practical, easy to use and famous for their excellent quality. THe mastics range can be divided into:

Polyester mastic: Produced in different colors and in liquid, semi-solid or solid version, Bellinzoni polyester mastic are sold with two different trad-marks: "Mastic 2000" and "Mastic Spezial Tak".

Epoxy mastic: The epoxy resins are very often used in modern buildings construction, so Bellinzoni realized the chemically advanced "EPOX2000" range, that permits to operate in extremely precise way. 

Epoxy impregnators: Reparation of slight imperfections requires low viscosity epoxy resins that could penetrate deeply. For this reason, Bellinzoni proposes new epoxy resins that completes the products range born with the IMPREPOX impregnator. 

Special mastics: THese are special products like: MASTIC NEW THASSOS, ASTRA 24K, HIGH RESISTANCE MASTIC BLITZ. 

MASTIC 2000

Made with polyester resin in two parts, adhesive and catalyst. Ideal for bonding and filling marble, granite, travertine and natural stones. In the latest formula the use of solvent has been reduced. A special resin has been introduced to increase the adhesive power, making application and polishing easier. Available both in liquid and solid form for vertical use. Available in different colours.

SPEZIAL TAK

Two-component non satured polyester resin mastic. It dries fast using the appropriate hardener. Has an excellent adhesive power, thanks to its fluidity penetrate easily into porosities and cavities of the stones. After drying is workable as a stone. It resist very well to mostly of the chemical products as oils, grease, cleaners and solvents. Available in semi-solid version and in following colours: white, yellowish transparent, cream.

ASTRA 24K

Super transparent for two component mastic for the gluing and filling of marble and stone. ASTRA 24K an indispensable product for marble and light colored stones whereas the transparency is a particular necessity. Typical example is the filling of travertino whenever the characteristic holes need to be seen. Available in liquid and solid version.

THASSOS
Two component mastic most useful to glue and fill THASSOS and other cristalline marble such as MAKRANA, and BIANCO CARRARA. The Thassos colour is, at all effect, similar to the marble from Greece. A very important point is the usage af the special catalyst in paste that reacting with the resin will look and become exactly like as the marble. The mastic moreover has optimum resistance to U.V. rays.

BLITZ

Mastic with exceptional strength and fast application most suitable to glue and fill many types of marbles and stones. Its physical properties put this product at an excellent level because it is has the best relation between the mechanical and chemical properties of the epoxy resins and the dry time of the polyester resins. It also has a chemical and mechanical resistance similar to epoxy products. BLITZ also has an excellent resistance to chemical attacks particularly by alkaline agents.

STONEPOXY

High resistance two component epoxy adhesive for marbles, granites, ceramics and structural bonding. Stonepoxy can be applied for bonding of mable, granites, ceramic floors and wall, repairs, reinforcement and bonding of concrete, mortar, natural stones, screed and bricks.

COLORING PASTE PIGMENT FOR MASTICS
Coloring paste pigment for tranparent mastics. Colors: white, black, green, brown, blue, red, yellow.

HOT FILLER
Hot filler for marble, granite and stones is a highly resistant product used for the filling and sealing of small stone imperfections due to natural crack lines or polishing problems or wear and tear of century old flooring and marble works.

HARDENER PASTE FOR MASTICS
Hardener paste for two-component mastics (optional).
